Andrzej Sikorski

Andrzej Sikorski (born September 4, 1961 in Szczecin ) is a former Polish cyclist and national cycling champion .

Athletic career

In 1985 Sikorski won the silver medal at the UCI track world championships in team pursuit with Ryszard Dawidowicz , Marian Turowski and Leszek Stępniewski . In 1988 he was a participant in the Summer Olympics in Seoul and drove there in the team pursuit . Sikorski started in 1982, 1983, 1985-1987, 1989 and 1991 at the UCI track world championships . In 1983, 1986 and 1989 he was Polish champion in the single pursuit . He won the title in the team pursuit from 1983 to 1990. There were also five runner-up titles and four bronze medals in the national championships.
