Andrew "Andy" Allen (born September 4, 1974 in Liverpool ) is a former English football player .
Allen was in the 1991/92 season as a trainee in the squad of the third division Chester City . In an away game at Hull City (final score 0: 1) in November 1991, he came under coach Harry McNally as a substitute for Neil Morton to his only competitive game. Allen was also part of the Chester City squad as a trainee at the beginning of the following season. In 1992 he is said to have joined the Northern Premier League club Colwyn Bay FC .
