Anelli (pasta)
Anelli ( Italian for "rings") are an Italian type of pasta . They resemble a penne disc in shape and have a smooth surface. They are mainly used in soups and salads , but are also eaten with sauces . The cooking time is 7-10 minutes. In addition to the Anelli, there is also the Anellini , a smaller version of the Anelli, and the Anelli Giganti , an oversized version of the Anelli from the manufacturer Bella Italia.
