Anette von Ahsen

Anette von Ahsen , also Anette Pingel , (* 1966 in Bremen ) is a German economist and professor of business administration. She is Academic Senior Counselor in the Accounting , Controlling and Auditing Department (RCW) at the Technical University of Darmstadt .

Life

Anette von Ahsen completed her degree in economics at the University of Bremen in 1991 .

In 1995 Anette von Ahsen received her doctorate from the University of Bremen.

In 2005, she completed her habilitation and was awarded the Venia Legendi for business administration at the University of Duisburg-Essen .

Since November 1, 2009, Anette von Ahsen has been Academic Senior Counselor in the Accounting, Controlling and Auditing Department at the Technical University of Darmstadt.

Research priorities

The main research areas of the RCW department include the independence of the auditor , the audit market, audit methods , communication of audit results, interpretation of national and international accounting standards, management information systems , non-financial reporting, innovation controlling as well as quality and environmental controlling.
