Angelica Waldis

Angelika Waldis , actually Bucher-Waldis (born March 3, 1940 in Lucerne ) is a Swiss writer and journalist .

The former teacher ran the youth magazine Spick with her husband, the graphic artist Otmar Bucher , from 1982 to 1999 . She was awarded the Swiss Youth Book Prize in 2000 for the story Tita and Leo .

Waldis has been writing novels and stories for adults since around 2000. She lives in Gockhausen near Dübendorf .
