Angelika Schwalber
Angelika Schwalber (* 1974 in Fuerstenfeldbruck ) is a German pastry chef , cookbook - author and entrepreneur .
Life
Angelika Schwalber comes from a farming family. In 2004 she caused a sensation at the German Chocolate Master competition initiated by Barry Callebaut and subsequently represented Germany successfully at the World Championships for Chocolate Artists in Paris . Since November 15, 2009 she has been moderating the series “Herzhaft & Süß” on Bavarian TV , alongside the chef Alfons Schuhbeck .
