Angelos Argyris ( Greek Άγγελος Αργύρης , born May 6, 1994 in Volos ) is a Greek football player .

Career

In 2014 Argyris moved from the U-20 to the 1st team of Niki Volos. In his first season he came on two missions in the 2nd Greek league, the Football League . At the end of the season, the promotion to the Super League was certain. He made his debut in the 1st division on September 13, 2014, the 3rd matchday. In the 1: 3 defeat against PAOK Thessaloniki he was in the starting line-up.

After the club stopped playing on January 23, 2015 for financial reasons, Argyris moved to Germany on February 2, 2015, to join Werder Bremen's second team in the Regionalliga Nord . After the success in the relegation against Borussia Mönchengladbach II , a promotion was again certain for him. In the 3rd division he made his debut in a 2-1 away win against FC Hansa Rostock on July 25, 2015, the 1st match day. Argyris came in for Julian von Haacke in the 77th minute . Then Argyris moved to Poland to Korona Kielce in the Ekstraklasa . Argyris left the club in January 2018 and was without a contract until July 2018. In July 2018 he signed a contract with VfB Oldenburg .
