Anja Jonas

Anja Jonas (born November 16, 1973 in Leipzig ) is a German politician ( FDP ) and was a member of the Saxon state parliament from 2009 to 2014 .

Life

Jonas worked as a doctor's assistant in a private practice from 1992 to 1995 and then switched to an advice center for pregnant women and families. From 1999 to 2003 she studied social pedagogy at the University of Applied Sciences for Technology, Economics and Culture in Leipzig , graduating with a degree in social education (FH). At the University of Leipzig she worked as a freelance social pedagogue in a competence center in the field of social medicine .

She lives in Markkleeberg , is married and has two children.

politics

Jonas has been a member of the FDP since 2002. She is deputy state chairwoman of the FDP Saxony , is city councilor of Markkleeberg and sits in the district council of the district of Leipzig . In the state elections in 2009 , she entered the Saxon state parliament via the FDP state list . She was chair of the Petitions Committee and a member of the Social Committee. When the FDP left the state parliament in the state elections in Saxony in 2014 , it lost its mandate .
