In 1999, the Habisreutinger Foundation loaned the Amar Quartet two violins, a viola and a cello from the workshop of Antonio Stradivari . After Maja Weber left this quartet, these instruments were taken over by the Stradivari Quartet .

Anna Brunner gives concerts almost exclusively with the Amar Quartet and lives from chamber music. She lives in Thun with her four children.
