Anna Henkes (born November 24, 1984 in Bassum ; born Anna Badenhop ) is a former German handball player .

Career

The 1.68 m tall left winger began playing handball at TuS Syke . She came to VfL Oldenburg at the age of 13 via stops in Bassum and Twistringen . After a two-year stint in the 2nd Bundesliga with TV Cloppenburg , she was again under contract with Bundesliga club VfL Oldenburg from 2006 to 2012 . With VfL, she won the EHF Challenge Cup in 2008 , the DHB Supercup in 2009 and the DHB Cup in 2009 and 2012 .
