Anna Heyer-Stuffer

Anna Heyer-Stuffer (* 1977 in Slovakia as Anna Mikulcová ) is an administrative lawyer and political officer ( Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen ). Since November 20, 2019, she has been State Secretary in the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health, Integration and Consumer Protection of the State of Brandenburg .

Life

Heyer-Stuffer graduated from high school in Bratislava and moved to Germany at the age of 18 . She earned a degree in law with a focus on law of the European Union and International Law at the University of Potsdam and the Technical University of Dresden . She dealt with minority rights in Slovakia using the example of the Roma . She completed her legal clerkship at the Potsdam Regional Court . After completing her studies, she worked in various ministries in Saxony and Brandenburg as well as freelance for the German Bar Association. From 2005 to 2010 she was responsible for the implementation of the Bologna reform and the accreditation process at the University of Potsdam .

In January 2010, Heyer-Stuffer became parliamentary group manager of Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen in the Brandenburg state parliament . From 2011 to the end of 2015 she was a board member of the state foundation of the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung Brandenburg, she was also deputy chairwoman of the migrant advisory board of the city of Potsdam . On November 20, 2019, as part of the formation of the Woidke III cabinet , she was appointed State Secretary by Minister Ursula Nonnemacher in the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health, Integration and Consumer Protection of the State of Brandenburg.
