Anna Höfer (born April 20, 1986 in Meiningen ) is a former German soccer player .
Anna Höfer started playing football at SV Haina . In 2000 she switched to FF USV Jena , where she attended the state sports high school “Joh. Chr. Fr. GutsMuths “Jena visited. In 2004 Höfer and Jena were promoted from the Regionalliga Nordost to the 2nd Bundesliga , and in 2008 to the women's soccer Bundesliga . On the first day of the 2008/09 season she made her Bundesliga debut in a 3-2 home defeat against Hamburger SV . Höfer was part of the German U17 national team.
She ended her career in July 2011 and has been a physiotherapist in the association since then.
