Anne Katrin Matyssek

Anne Katrin Matyssek (* 1968 in Dusseldorf ) is a German psychologist , nonfiction author and speaker on the subject of "healthy lead" (health righteous leadership ).

Life

Anne Katrin Matyssek studied psychology in Cologne and did her doctorate in 2002 at the University of Cologne (subject: Environment and health. A study on the perception and management of environmental health burdens ). She is a licensed psychotherapist ( conversation psychotherapy , behavior therapy ) and a member of the professional association of German psychologists (BDP eV). Since 1998 she has been working as a consultant for corporate health management .

In 2002, under the name do care! the focus and specialization on the subject of "healthy leadership". She has now published 3 books on this. The goal is to maintain and promote psychosocial health through more appreciation in the company.

Anne Katrin Matyssek has a teaching position for “health-friendly leadership” at the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz University of Hanover (Institute for Interdisciplinary Work Science).

She is co-author of the KGSt report "Health management as a management task", which was prepared for the public administration . She gives lectures on all aspects of leadership and health at impulse events on corporate health management nationwide.
