Annegret Hölzig (born May 29, 1997 in Düren ) is a German volleyball player .

Career

Annegret Hölzig comes from a volleyball family, her father Franko Hölzig and her older brother Max also played volleyball. In her youth she won several German championships with SG Rotation Prenzlauer Berg . From 2012 to 2015, the outside attacker played in the junior team of the VC Olympia Berlin . Here she was used until 2014 in the second Bundesliga and 2014/15 in the first Bundesliga. Hölzig was also active in the junior national team. In 2015 she moved to the Bundesliga club SC Potsdam . At the World Grand Prix 2016 , Hölzig made her first appearance in the German national team .
