Annelie Marquardt

Annelie Marquardt (born August 19, 1947 in Paderborn ) is a German lawyer and former judge at the Federal Labor Court .

Life

After studying law at the University of Frankfurt am Main , she completed her legal training after completing her legal clerkship in Berlin with the second state examination. In 1976 she began her legal career at the Labor Court in Frankfurt am Main . In 1987 she was appointed presiding judge at the Hesse State Labor Court . In 1997 she became Vice President of the State Labor Court.

Annelie Marquardt became a judge at the Federal Labor Court on September 1, 1999 and was a member of the tenth senate of the court. In 2005 she became the deputy chairwoman of her Senate. At the court, she was also a member of the judges' council and commissioned for the handling of complaints under the General Equal Treatment Act and worked as a representative of the Federal Labor Court in various international institutions and bodies. Annelie Marquardt had a decisive influence on the highest court rulings of the 10th Senate on special payments , the joint institutions of the collective bargaining parties and competition law . At the end of August 2010, she retired.
