Antonio Cepeda

António Cepeda is a politician from East Timor . When José Ramos-Horta took office as Prime Minister , Cepeda became Deputy Minister for Development in successor to the new Minister Arcanjo da Silva . Cepeda remained deputy minister under Prime Minister Estanislau da Silva until 2007.

When the new government took office , Cepeda left the East Timorese cabinet on August 8, 2007 .
