Antonio Tilman Cepeda

António Tilman Cepeda (born October 12, 1965 ) is a politician from East Timor . He is a member of FRETILIN .

In the 2001 elections, Cepeda was elected to 17th place on the FRETILIN list in the Constituent Assembly, which became the National Parliament of East Timor when it was granted independence on May 20, 2002 . In the assembly Cepeda was elected secretary of the parliamentary presidium, but on June 25, 2002 he was replaced in this post by Francisco Carlos Soares . On October 13, 2005, Cepeda was elected chairman of Commission C in Parliament.

In the parliamentary elections in East Timor in 2007 , Cepeda no longer stood as a candidate.

In 2015, Cepeda was President of the Chamber of Commerce (CCI) in Manufahi .

Cepeda is the president of Kablaki FC from Same .
