Antenne Vorarlberg is a private radio station based at Russmedia in Schwarzach , Austria . The company operates under the official name of Vorarlberger Regionalradio GmbH .

history

Antenne Vorarlberg has been broadcasting since June 1, 1998. Through targeted experience and scene marketing, the station was able to continuously increase its market share in the 2000s.

In the second half of 2009, the station passed the reach mark of 20% for the target group of 14 to 49 year olds for the first time. In December 2011 a cooperation with TomTom was started in order to make the traffic reports more up-to-date. A technical milestone was the move into the new digital broadcasting studios in May 2012. In the second half of 2014, Antenne Vorarlberg finally overtook the public radio stations and achieved the highest daily reach of all private radio stations in the target group of 14 to 49 year olds with 27.5% and public broadcaster in Vorarlberg.
