Anthony Ingruber

Anthony Ingruber (born February 5, 1990 in the Philippines ) is a Canadian actor .

Life

Anthony Ingruber was born in 1990 in the Philippines as the son of a diplomat. However, the Canadian grew up in Australia , New Zealand , Cyprus , the Netherlands and Canada . Ingruber attended drama school in Canada, and he also used Internet platforms to publish his acting performances.

Ingruber mostly played various supporting roles in individual episodes of television series. In 2008 he published a video on the video portal YouTube in which he reenacted scenes from Star Wars by Harrison Ford . Due to his clear resemblance to the American, he gained a certain fame, especially on the Internet. Already in 2009 Ingruber had a very small extra role as a technician in Avatar - Aufbruch nach Pandora , which was not listed in the credits. His YouTube video of the Han Solo performance helped Anthony Ingruber get his first real feature film role in the drama Adaline Forever After . In this film, he complements Harrison Ford's character in various flashbacks. Through his work on Forever Adaline and the attention generated by his Han solo imitation among fans, he spoke, alongside hundreds of other actors, for the role of Han Solo in Solo: A Star Wars Story , but could not speak against Alden Enforce Ehrenreich .
