Anthony R. Barringer

Anthony R. Barringer (born October 20, 1925 - August 15, 2009 in Golden , Colorado ) was a Canadian geophysicist .

Life

From 1948 Barringer studied at the University of London . He attended Imperial College London . Barringer developed the Induced Pulse Transient (INPUT) for the electromagnetic exploration of mineral resources. In 1961 he founded the company Barringer Research Limited . In 1967 he moved to Denver .
