Antoine Douglas (* 4. September 1992 ) is an American boxer in the middleweight division .

Amateur career

Douglas started boxing at the age of 10 and has played over 120 amateur fights. His greatest successes were winning the gold medal at the 2009 US Junior Championships, as well as winning a bronze medal at the 2011 US Championships and the 2011 National Golden Gloves.

Professional career

He made his professional debut on October 27, 2012. His promoter is GH3 Promotions, he is trained by Kay Koroma and Dennis Porter. After 14 wins in a row, he boxed a draw against Michel Soro in July 2014 . In March 2015 he defeated the previously undefeated Thomas LaManna in the fight for the title WBA Fedelatin and in July 2015 he also became IBO Intercontinental Champion with a win against the previously undefeated István Szili .

After defending his title against Les Sherrington, he lost prematurely to Avtandil Khurtsidze in March 2016 . He suffered another premature loss in December 2017 against Gary O'Sullivan.
