Anton Augustin von Aichen

Anton Augustin von Aichen (born August 30, 1701 ; † June 13, 1777 ) was an Austrian nobleman, a decree of the Lower Austrian knighthood and real district administrator.

Life

Anton Augustin was the son of Franz Karl von Aichen († 1705) and Maria Katharina von Reutter. In his younger years Anton was a member of the Lower Austrian regional lawyers and an imperial-royal trustee . In 1728 he became Raitherr of the Lower Austrian Landscape, soon afterwards Raitmarschall. From 1735 to 1741 he was a decree of the knighthood, in 1772 he became a real Lower Austrian district administrator and was ultimately the oldest district administrator. Anton Augustin was the master of the Neuwaldegg estate .

Anton Augustin von Aichen married Josepha Antonia Edle von Mensshengen / Menßhengen in 1731 († May 8, 1779). The couple had twelve children, including

  • Franz de Paula Joachim Claudius († 1789), Imperial and Royal Truchseß and District Administrator of Lower Austria
  • Ignaz Antonius Vitus, imperial-royal captain
  • Joseph von Aichen (1745–1818), diplomat and lawyer, baron since 1816.
