Anton Genseberger (born January 29, 1965 ) is a former Austrian soccer player .

Career

Genseberger played for Deutschlandsberger SC until 1991 . In the 1991/92 season he played for TSV Hartberg . For the 1992/93 season he moved to SV Flavia Solva . With Flavia Solva, he rose to the 2nd division in 1994 . He made his debut in the second-highest division in August 1994 when he was in the starting line-up against SV Gerasdorf on the first day of the 1994/95 season and was replaced by Wolfgang Kainz in the 83rd minute . In the same month he scored his first second division goal in a 6-1 defeat against the Grazer AK . After eleven appearances for Flavia Solva in the second division, he moved to SV Eibiswald during the winter break .

For the 1995/96 season Genseberger joined the SV Gleinstätten . In January 1997 he returned to Flavia Solva. For the Styrians, he completed a second division game until the end of the 1996/97 season, before relegating with the club from the second division at the end of the season. He then returned to Deutschlandsberg for the 1997/98 season. In April 2000 he moved a second time to Gleinstätten, where he was registered until 2005. In the first half of the 2005/06 season he played for FV St. Andrä-Höch before ending his career.

Today Genseberger is the regional director of the Grazer Wechselseiten .
