Anton Grundel (born March 5, 1990 in Karlstad ) is a Swedish ice hockey player who has been under contract with Karlskrona HK in the Svenska Hockeyligan since May 2015 .

Career

Anton Grundel began his career as an ice hockey player in his hometown in the youth department of Färjestad BK , for whose professional team he made his debut in the Elitserien in the 2007/08 season . In the following years, the defender came regularly for the FBK in the Swedish top division, while he ran parallel for its cooperation partner Skåre BK in the third division Division 1. In the 2010/11 season he made his breakthrough in the professional team of Färjestad BK, with whom he won the Swedish championship title for the first time this season . He contributed to winning the title with one assist in 34 games and was still on the ice ten times in the European Trophy for Färjestad as part of the preparation for the season . After more than ten years of spending including his time in the youth teams at Färjestad BK, the Swede moved within the league to Karlskrona HK in May 2015 .

International

For Sweden , Grundel took part in the U18 World Junior Championship in 2008 . During the tournament, he prepared a goal in six games.
