Anton Holtscho , also Haleholtscho (* in Lübeck ; † June 11, 1569 there ) was a merchant and councilor of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.

Life

Anton Holtscho was the son of the Lübeck citizen Hermann Haleholtscho († 1544). The family owned one of the north side chapels of the Jakobikirche in the 16th century . Anton Holtscho was elected to the Lübeck Council in 1562.

Holscho was married to Anna, a daughter of Lübeck councilor Karsten Timmermann , and lived in the house at Johannisstrasse 20 in Lübeck. There is no evidence of a funeral for him in Lübeck.
