Anton Michael Heinen
Anton Michael Heinen (born June 2, 1939 in Niederhersdorf ; † April 1, 1998 in Zirl ) was a German Jesuit and orientalist .
Life
He entered on April 8, 1959 Eringerfeld the novitiate one of the Jesuits. He was ordained a priest on July 25, 1970 in Frankfurt am Main . From 1984 to 1989 he was director of the Orient Institute in Beirut . He taught at the Pontificio Istituto Orientale as an associate professor. He is buried in the order cemetery in Pullach .
