Anton Nepustil

Anton Nepustil (born May 22, 1876 in Vienna ; † November 6, 1944 there ) was an Austrian veterinarian and politician of the Christian Social Party of Austria. Nepustil was a member of the Lower Austrian regional parliament and regional councilor in the Lower Austrian regional government .

After primary school, Nepustil attended high school and studied at the University of Veterinary Medicine in Vienna. He worked as a vet in Vienna in 1900 and received his doctorate in 1917 for Dr. med. vet. Nepustil did his military service from 1900 to 1901 as a one-year volunteer , after which he joined the city of Vienna at the end of 1901. In 1904 he passed the physics examination.

Nepustil was part of the Christian Social Workers' wing and won a state parliament mandate in the 1909 runoff election against another Christian social candidate who was close to the party establishment. He was also a poor councilor in the Neubau district , a member of the income tax appeal committee and a member of the administrative committee during the separation period between Vienna and Lower Austria. Between February 11, 1909 and January 8, 1915, he was a member of the state parliament as a representative of the Christian Social Party as a member of the general electoral class (constituency Vienna VII.). He was then again from November 5, 1918 to May 4, 1919 a member of the provisional state parliament of Lower Austria and was then from May 20, 1919 to May 11, 1921 a member of the first regular state parliament of Lower Austria in the 1st Republic, where he in the course of the separation of Vienna from November 10, 1920 belonged to the Vienna Curia and from December 30, 1920 was a Viennese delegate. From May 20, 1919 to November 10, 1920 he was also regional councilor in the Lower Austrian regional government.
