Anton Schwingruber

Anton Schwingruber (born May 20, 1950 in Werthenstein ; entitled to live there ) is a Swiss politician ( CVP ).

The doctor of law and lawyer was from 1995 to 2011 in the government council of the canton of Lucerne . During his tenure, he first headed the Department of Economics for eight years, then the Department of Education and Culture for eight years. In 2001, 2006 and 2010 he was mayor and district president .

Schwingruber is married, has three daughters and lives in Werthenstein.
