Antoni Hansen

Antoni Hansen (born October 1, 1893 on Rømø ; † 1958 ) was a German hydraulic engineer and university professor.

Life

Hansen studied civil engineering at the technical universities in Berlin and Hanover and obtained his doctorate in 1925 after passing the 2nd state examination. He initially worked as a government master builder and government building officer at various port and waterway administrations in the Reich and was appointed full professor for civil engineering at the Technical University of Danzig in 1937 . In 1946/47 he was entrusted with the teaching of "civil engineering and hydraulic engineering" and with the deputy chair at the institute of the same name at the Technical University of Hanover.
