Working group for international politics and security
The Working Group for International Politics and Security (AGIPS) eV is a student working group at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn . It was founded in the 1980s and deals with international relations and security policy .
The group is relatively small and its main focus has been on security policy , especially since 2002 , using the expanded security concept (see literature). Many members later work in policy advice , but also in the defense industry .
The AGIPS publishes its own series of reviews on political science literature. Since July 2005 it has also published an online scientific journal entitled Contributions to International Politics and Security (BIPS) .
