Building of the former labor court Saarbrücken

The Labor Court Saarbrücken was a German court of labor courts . Together with the two other Saarland labor courts Neunkirchen and Saarlouis , it was repealed on April 1, 2018.

Seat and District of the Court

The court had its seat in Saarbrücken in the building Obere Lauerfahrt 10 together with the Saarland regional labor court .

The Saarbrücken labor court was locally responsible for legal disputes from the Saarbrücken regional association . With the abolition of the court, this judicial district was transferred to that of the Saarland Labor Court , which has since been responsible for the entire state.

Superior courts

The Saarland Regional Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court were superordinate to the Saarbrücken Labor Court.
