The Neunkirchen labor court was a German labor court system . Together with the two other Saarland labor courts Saarbrücken and Saarlouis , it was repealed on April 1, 2018.

Seat and District of the Court

The court had its seat in Neunkirchen at Lindenallee 13 .

The Labor Court Neunkirchen was locally litigation from the St. Wendel district , the district Neunkirchen and Saarpfalz responsible. With the abolition of the court, this judicial district was transferred to that of the Saarland Labor Court , which has since been responsible for the entire state.

Superior courts

The Saarland Regional Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court were superordinate to the Neunkirchen labor court .
