Saarland Labor Court
The Labor Court Saarland is a German court of labor courts and the only Labor Court of the Saarland .
Seat and District of the Court
The court has its seat in the state capital Saarbrücken .
The judicial district extends to the territory of the entire state. It thus covers an area of around 2571 km 2 with a population of around 995,000 (as of September 30, 2017).
Courthouse
The court is housed at the address Hardenbergstrasse 3 . The Saarland Finance Court and, since April 1, 2018, the Saarland Regional Labor Court are also located in the same building .
Superior courts
The Saarland Labor Court is superordinated to the Saarland Regional Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court in the further course of action .
