The Stendal Labor Court , a labor court system , is one of the four labor courts in Saxony-Anhalt .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Stendal at Scharnhorststraße 42.

The Stendal Labor Court is locally responsible for legal disputes from the Stendal district , the Altmark district of Salzwedel and the Jerichower Land district. The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The State Labor Court of Saxony-Anhalt and the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Stendal Labor Court.
