The Dessau-Roßlau labor court, a labor court system , is one of the four labor courts in Saxony-Anhalt .

Seat and District of the Court

The court is based in Dessau-Roßlau in the Anhalt Justice Center at Willy-Lohmann-Straße 29 .

The Dessau-Roßlau Labor Court is locally responsible for legal disputes from the city of Dessau-Roßlau, the Anhalt-Bitterfeld district and the Wittenberg district. The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The State Labor Court of Saxony-Anhalt and the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Dessau Labor Court.
