Aristocles (sculptor 4th century BC)
Aristocles ( Greek Ἀριστοκλῆς ) was probably a Greek sculptor who worked at the beginning of the 4th century BC. Was active.
Aristocles was 398 BC Active in Athens . According to an inscription , he restored the relief at the base of the statue of Athena Parthenos created by Phidias that year . Possibly he is identical to another sculptor of the same name who worked in the second half of the 5th century BC. Was active in Olympia .
