Arlette Ben Hamo (born March 22, 1930 , after marrying Arlette Moynié ) is a former French athlete . With a height of 1.67 m, her competition weight was 60 kg.

At the European Championships in Brussels in 1950 , the pentathlon for women was on the program for the first time . The 20-year-old Arlette Ben Hamo won with 3204 points (3544 points according to today's table) ahead of the British Bertha Crowther with 3048 points. However, no athletes from the Soviet Union competed in this competition, in particular the Soviet champion from 1950 Alexandra Tschudina was missing .

Four years later at the European Championships in Bern in 1954 , Tschudina won with 4526 points (4020 points according to today's table). The meanwhile married Arlette Moynié finished eleventh with 4106 points (3620 points).
