Armand Lanoux
Armand Lanoux (born October 24, 1913 in Paris , † March 23, 1983 in Champs-sur-Marne ) was a French writer .
Life
After attending school, he worked in various professions; including as a sales representative, village school teacher, journalist. Drafted as a reserve lieutenant in 1939, he was taken prisoner by Germany.
After the war he worked as a freelancer, became a member of the Comité national des écrivains and in 1969 of the Académie Goncourt .
