Armin Babić (* 1985 ) is a former Bosnian-Herzegovinian natural track tobogganist . He started in the World Cup during two seasons and took part in the 2004 European Championship .

Career

After Babić had already started in the Intercontinental Cup, he took part in the Junior World Championship in Kindberg in late January / early February 2004 . There he only finished 35th and last in the single-seater. A week later he started at the European Championships in Hüttau , where he finished 42nd out of 45 rated tobogganers in a single-seater. Then he took part both in the single seater and together with Kenan Suljagić in the doubles in the two remaining World Cup races of the 2003/04 season , but could only place in all races in the bottom field. In the single-seater overall World Cup he was tied with the Canadian Greg Jones 41st, in the double-seater overall World Cup Babić / Suljagić finished 14th. In the following season 2004/05 Babić took part in addition to an Intercontinental Cup race only in the World Cup final in Olang in the single seater, where he achieved the 34th place among 40 rated tobogganers. From the next winter he didn’t contest any more international competitions.
