Armin Karrer

Armin Karrer (born May 2, 1968 in Kufstein ) is an Austrian chef who has been working in restaurants in Baden-Württemberg since 1996 .

Career

In 1995 he passed the master chef exam . During his activities in the Ulrichshöhe restaurant in Nürtingen and Weber's Gourmet in the tower in Stuttgart as well as currently in the avui restaurant in Fellbach , he was each awarded a Michelin star .

kitchen

Armin Karrer describes his kitchen as “Cuisine Réelle”. His creations can sometimes be “lifted”. The health aspect plays an essential role for him in star gastronomy.
