Armin Lünterbusch

Armin Lünterbusch (* 1938 in Essen ) is a German lawyer .

Life

Lünterbusch studied law and graduated in July 1967 with a doctorate from the University of Cologne . He joined the judicial service of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia . From 1977 he was a judge at the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court . On September 25, 1984, he was appointed President of the Kleve Regional Court , and on September 24, 1990, he became President of the Duisburg Regional Court . From January 1, 1997 until retirement on October 31, 2003, he was President of the Cologne Higher Regional Court . At the same time he was Vice President of the Constitutional Court of North Rhine-Westphalia .
