Arne-Patrik Heinze (* 1978 ) is a German lawyer .

Career

Heinze studied law at the University of Hamburg from 1998 to 2003 . In 2004 he passed the first state examination and began working as a tutor . In 2006 he received his doctorate with a thesis on consumer protection law. This was followed by an LL.M. -Study and in 2008 the second state examination at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court . Since then, Heinze has been an attorney for public law and a few years later became a specialist attorney for administrative law . As a member of the German Association of Trade Journalists (DFJV), he is also a journalist and reviewer in accreditation procedures for study programs.

After working for the legal revision course Alpmann und Schmidt , Heinze worked for the publishing house CH Beck as a lecturer in public law and as a managing founding partner of the BeckAkademie . In 2012 he was a lecturer for international , constitutional and European law at the University of Applied Sciences for Police in Brandenburg , and in 2013 for public commercial law , constitutional and European law at the University of Economics and Management . From 2013 to 2015 he held a professorship at the Lower Saxony Police Academy .

In 2015, together with his brother Henning Heinze, he founded a law firm specializing in exam disputes, lawsuits for university places and public school law.
