Arne Barez (born January 31, 1978 ) is a former German football player and today's trainer and functional . He is currently employed by Preußen Münster .
Career
As a player
After his training at FC St. Pauli, Barez was under- class for several years. In 1997, however, the midfielder was once a player in the second men's team in the Bundesliga team of professionals . Between 2001 and 2006 he successfully completed a study abroad program in the USA , where he obtained degrees in business administration and sports management and also continued to play soccer in Pacific Grove, California . After his return to Germany, Barez last played for Preußen Münster , where he finally ended his active career.
As a trainer and functionary
After the end of his active career, Barez continued to work in Münster. There he was only head of the club's internal youth department from 2012 and then took over his first team as a coach at the B-youth . In 2019, along with 23 other graduates, he successfully completed his football teacher training course at the Hennes Weisweiler Academy in Cologne .
For the 2019/20 season he took over the club's A-youth full-time and was integrated as an assistant into the coaching team of the third division team , in order to collect there under Sven Hübscher practice in the men's area. After 17 completed games, Barez Hübscher took over as head coach on an interim basis, after the first team had been in a relegation rank since the 10th round. Barez went into the winter break with Münster as penultimate table, during which he was replaced by Sascha Hildmann .
