Arnholz is a nature reserve in Vlotho with a size of around 5.9 ha.

The guided under the number RF-032 area protects a well pronounced Sieksystem as for the Ravensberger hills is typical, especially close to nature pronounced deciduous forest , wetlands and wet meadows, Hochstaudenfluren and reed beds , as well as the communities and in rivers.
