The Vlothoer Weserwiesen are a nature reserve on the Weser near Vlotho . The nature reserve comprises a narrow strip of floodplain west of the Weser between the river and the Vlotho– Rinteln railway line near the former port of Vlotho. The area has a size of around 7.5  ha and was designated in 1998.

The area is worth protecting because it is a near-natural section of the Weser with floodplains and meadows with alternating moisture in the middle of an otherwise intensively used landscape. In the floodplains there are also numerous ponds with dense stands of reeds and reeds . The ponds and meadows are temporarily overcrowded when the Weser floods. The banks of the Weser consist of individual willows ( silver willow and laurel willow ).
