Arnoldus Polak Kerdijk (born May 24, 1846 in Rotterdam , † March 16, 1905 ) was a Dutch politician .

After completing his studies, he obtained a doctorate in law in 1873, was school inspector in South Holland from 1873 to 1880 , founded the Reichspostsparkasse in 1880, became secretary of the Maatschappij tot Nut van 't Algemeen (non-profit society) the following year and was a member of the from 1887 to 1901 Second Chamber of the States General . He wrote Leerplichtigheid (Utrecht 1870), essays on popular education , labor laws , savings banks, etc. and, since 1887, has been editing the Sociaal Weekblad, which he founded .
