Arnold Kitzmann
Arnold Kitzmann (born November 21, 1943 in Schrimm ) is a German psychologist, personnel developer and consultant.
Life
Arnold Kitzmann studied psychology at the Westphalian Wilhelms University of Münster and graduated in 1971 with a diploma. He then worked as a research assistant at Ulm University , where he received his doctorate in 1973. He completed further training as a psychotherapist and worked for several years in the fields of coaching , counseling, therapy and training. In 1975 he founded the Management Institute Dr. A. Kitzmann based in Münster . Since then he has worked there as the managing owner; his children Gunnar Kitzmann and Jana Völkel-Kitzmann joined the company in 2006 and 2007, respectively, as co-managing directors and partners.
