Arnold Wetl (born February 2, 1970 in Eibiswald ) is a former Austrian soccer player .

Career

The midfielder's first station was at SV Eibiswald in the lower Styrian leagues. The West Styrian came to his first professional station, Sturm Graz, for the first time in 1989 when he was nineteen. After seven successful years with the black and whites, Wetl moved abroad to FC Porto in 1996 . After a year with the Portuguese, SK Rapid Wien brought him back home. In 2001 Wetl made his comeback at Sturm Graz . From 2003 to 2005 he played at FC Gratkorn at the end of his career . Wetl ended his football career in 2005. He participated in the 1998 World Cup in France and was used three times.
