The Arroyo Gutiérrez is a small river in western Uruguay .
It rises in the area of the Soriano Department a few kilometers west of the city of Agraciada , southwest of the source of the Arroyo Porrúa and also west of the nearby Ruta 21 . From there it flows in a west to north-west direction and finally flows into the Río Uruguay near the Obelisco "Treinta y Tres Orientales" .
