The Arroyo Mosquitos is a small river in the south of Uruguay .
The left tributary of the Arroyo Solís Chico, part of the catchment area of the Río de la Plata, rises south of Estación Migues . From there it runs in the area of the Department Canelones in a southerly direction. Here he first passes the Cerro Bonilla to the west and the Cerros Mosquitos to the east . It then flows along the northwestern city limits of the city of Soca , which was called Santo Tomás de Aquino until 1928 , after having crossed under Ruta 8 shortly before . It finally flows into the Arroyo Solís Chico southwest of Soca or north of Parque del Plata .
